Which products are viable?
Jarred sauces and preserves
On top of registration, the manufacturing process must be filed with the FDA before exporting. We give no timelines: they depend on that review.
Cosmetics
MoCRA requires registering the facility and listing each product with the FDA before selling.
Rum and alcoholic beverages
They need specific federal permits and Amazon barely sells alcohol. We don't take them on.

2. Requirements, step by step
We guide you through FDA registration, the English label, GS1 barcodes and protecting your brand in the US.
3. Coordinated import
Amazon doesn't import for anyone. We coordinate with a customs broker and importer in the US and with the warehouse that ships the goods to Amazon.
4. Selling on Amazon
We build and manage the listings, content and advertising on Amazon, which is what we do every day from ACOBET USA LLC.
What we won't promise you
- That the FDA will “approve” your product or label: the FDA doesn't approve foods like these; you comply with its rules.
- Customs timelines or an exact tariff: Venezuelan products may pay additional tariffs, reviewed product by product with the customs broker.
- That Amazon will approve the category or Brand Registry: we apply with you, but Amazon decides.
- That there is no risk: every operation is checked against US sanctions lists (OFAC) before we start.
